China
An active group of Chinese graduates of Victoria and other New Zealand universities, is based in Wellington. Recently the group has established links with alumni in China through the website ning.com. Chinese alumni and friends all over the globe are encouraged to join the group, click here for more information.

Korea
The Korea alumni network promotes closer relationships between its members in Korea and related networks in New Zealand. Alumni are given opportunities to strengthen linkages that have been developed during their time at Victoria University in Wellington, and the alumni network also facilitates networking between Korean and New Zealand graduates and promotes NZ business and culture in Korea.

Kuala Lumpur
VUW graduates in Malaysia who wish to contact alumni in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia should contact Jamna Naidu Tan at (6-012) 3291653, email jrntan@tm.net.my or Liu Meng Wun at (6-012) 331-9982. A VUW alumni function has been held in Kuala Lumpur each year since 2006. Local alumni organised an additional reunion weekend in 2008. Sarawak
Zaidi Zainie is the president of the New Zealand Graduates Association in Sarawak. A VUW alumni function was last held in Kuching in 2006.

Singapore
New Zealand University Alumni of Singapore (NZUA) aims to promote closer relationships between it's members in Singapore, their alma mater and related networks in New Zealand. The alumni take every opportunity to strengthen linkages its members have developed during their time at University in New Zealand. It also facilitates networking between Singaporean and New Zealand graduates and promotes a New Zealand education in Singapore.
