Problems registering?

Please check if you have typed in the correct information especially putting in birth date using the scroll bar.

Other reasons for problem registering:

Birth date information missing: We might not have your date of birth in our database, particularly if you are pre-1990 graduate. Please email the following information to us: Your full name at graduation, date of birth and Degree(s) / student ID number (optional). We will email you once the registering problem is resolved.

Non-Christian names: please try typing in only the first part of your first names in the first name box.

Maiden name and married name: If you have changed to your married name with us before registering to the directory for the first time, please log in with your married name. Otherwise, please log on with your name at graduation.

Non-graduates: You might have completed your degree with the University but haven’t have your degree conferred by the University Council. Please contact graduation office to apply for graduation and obtain your degree certificate.
You can also be added to the alumni list by completing the online form for non-graduates. For former students who studied at Victoria but didn’t complete (e.g. exchange student), please fill in the form for to stay in touch with the University.
