The management of Victoria University accepts responsibility for:
- the preparation of the annual financial statements and the judgments
used in them
- establishing and maintaining a system of internal control designed
to provide reasonable assurance as to the integrity and reliability
of financial reporting.
In the opinion of Council and management of Victoria University
the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December
2004 fairly reflect the financial position and operations of Victoria
University and the group.
