| Explanation: | the science of quantifying the phenomena of electromagnetic
radiation.
In our context, we are only interested in the limited range of electromagnetic
radiation that is visible to the human eye, sometimes extended to the
areas of infrared and ultraviolet. We also don't care about the quantum
mechanical aspects of radiation. It will be enough to measure the physiologically
perceiveable effects. |
