  • Friday afternoon

    Cost $20

This guided walking tour into the heart of New Zealand’s capital provides participants with expert insights into and explanations of its rapidly changing urban landscape. It makes visible how urban regeneration interests responded to the challenges and opportunities of a globalising world, recreating a CBD that combines old and new, public and private spaces against the backdrop of a dramatic and beautiful natural setting. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn first hand about the visions, politics, outcomes and lessons of Wellington’s urban redevelopment.
