Guide Books and Maps

Most guide books are available through the New Zealand Alpine Club head office in Wellington, and also through a number of bookstores specialising in the outdoors.

Maps can be ordered from The Dept of Survey and Land Information, (DOSLI). The most popular series being used by climbers is the 1:50,000 Metric series.
