I decided to try my Information Technology skills to create this temporary Web site. I believe it will help us to think more in constructive terms about ITEM.  I think that running this site off-line, i.e. without much publicity and too many external links, is a chance for us to learn how to do it on-line (soon, I hope).

The site is located on a unix machine. It could be arranged that you would be able to access all, or selected, .html files to monitor and modify their contents. Alternatively, a link could go to your machine where you would service your "category". I suggest, some persons will manage the Instructions for Authors, other persons will manage the Instructions for Referees etc.  Please volunteer.  

By no means the list of categories (like Aims & Scope, Instructions) is finite. Please suggest more.
