This film register is based on the website for MAHI ATA MAHI AHUA women’s work in film, a New Zealand women’s film festival (2003).

It is planned, over time, to make this website a comprehensive record of films by New Zealand women. If you would like your own film(s) included, please send details and two .jpg images to
marian.evans@vuw.ac.nz

If you know the name of a New Zealand film-maker or film, you may be able to find information about either or both in the website of the New Zealand Film Archive
